Born Alfred George Michael Nightingale in Sussex on October 6th 1922, Nightingale appeared in the fifty-minute Danger Man episode 'The Colonel's Daughter' and briefly appears in The Prisoner episode 'Dance of the Dead'.
Although mainly playing bit parts, Nightingale was a versatile actor and had many acting credits to his name from films including Ice Cold in Alex, television series such as Dixon of Dock Green and in comedy programs such as The Two Ronnie's show.
Nightingale died in May 1999 aged 76. |
